its not really painful though, its just how my feet have slowly lost all its muscles.

All thats left is bone and ligaments

John bby you know when you fell of your bike bby did your supports on your legs get smashed or did they stay on ?

They stayed on

They are pretty strong

they are quite thick plastic.

They have protected my legs a few times from things falling on them

But they only cover back and sides not front.

Well left hand can on longer make a fist

right hand can!

No longer on the bike as brakes are almost impossible to pull, plus getting pains in my legs when riding.

ah john mabey ye should of gave the bike up a long time ago walking is safer lolll
