| i have a problem a BIG problem i am a size 18 but i am trying too get too a size 16 what should i do bout it ? | |

| my ex is size 18 but she put lots on since i left her  I'd say small steps, like walk to shops not car.... or cycle to work if not too far..... little steps first and SLOWLY build up, do not got full tilt first! it will be too much shock for body and you cause damage! | |

| I do like the slightly bigger girls yes but she was 5 foot 3in and size 18 at 14 stone!
not being nasty but she was getting bigger anyway she she very lazy!
so glad im gone! | |
