| If i restore my laptop back to factory setting and still get the blue screen of death that means something really bad is wrong right? | |

| whats the error on the blue screen?
usually some thing like:
"0x0000......."
google that and see what it says.
Im guessing RAM or HDD | |

| well i unplugged all usb stuff, then set up a user account, since i did a factory restore,
then got annother blue screen but didnt capture what it said, then i did it all again and then log on blue screen
now it appears to be working. | |

| i am re-installing everything now so if it lasts annother week or two with no problems then i will trust it again  Can i ask for help if anything does go bad again? | |

| Sorry not sure on that one  try running "CHKDSK /R" from the run in the start menu. then let it run a self repair, other than that im not sure, sorry | |
